About the Role At Veeam, System s Engineers work closely with Account Managers and help to evangelize our product offerings to our customers , partners and service providers .  More specifically, Senior Systems Engineer s work mainly with Enterprise and large Commercial customers, both Public and Private. What You’ll Do • Work with sales to help secure and grow business with new and existing mid- large customers in the Enterprise and Commercial market segment s . • Provide web-based and on-site demonstrations of Veeam product portfolio , including Proof-of-Concept (POC) / Proof-of-Value (POV) • Work closely with Veeam ’ s value added Partners , including Cloud and Hosting providers, for training, enablement, joint meetings, and relationships • Provide pre-sales support and/or on-site installation assistance to customers as they evaluate Veeam products and services • Act as a trusted technical advisor for the customers, ensuring the best experience possible of Veeam solutions by supporting (together with colleagues such as Solution Architects, Professional Services, etc.) correct design, implementation and adherence to best practices • Provide input for and participate in Veeam marketing events (webinars, conferences, trade shows…) What You’ll Bring • Ability to drive business conversations with relevant C-level stakeholders of enterprise level customers • Advising and influencing customer decisions on their future business strategy, and having the ability to ensure total customer experience on assigned accounts  • Ability to evangelize Veeam messaging at Marketing events • Coordinating presales efforts with customers, through the help and collaboration of Veeam Solution Architects, System Integrators, and Professional Services figures (regardless if they are Veeam colleagues or via Partners) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Fluent level of Turkish and English language • Being comfortable in presenting to groups, both remotely and in person • Openess to travel throughout  Turkey and occasionally abroad, if/when needed . • Ability to learn new technologies quickly • Prior expertise in IT infrastructure topics ( virtualization, storage, networking, backup/disaster recovery , monitoring …) • Knowledge of micro-services, cloud-native applications concepts and related technologies (container ization and orchestration , Kubernetes …) • Knowledge and experience of Hyperscalers (such as Microsoft Azure , AWS , Google Cloud…) ; be comfortable to position and engage discussion s around Cloud technologies • E xperience in using social media to help promote and grow the Veeam community What You’ll Get • 24 paid vacation days, plus 4 extra global VeeaMe Days for self-care and 24 paid volunteer hours annually through Veeam Cares • Private medical, dental, and optical insurance for employees and dependents • Life and disability insurance with enhanced coverage • Mandatory personal pension plan with employer contributions • Monthly meal allowance of 200 TRY per working day • Monthly home office allowance for remote work support • Monthly commuter allowance fo
