About the role

The Opportunity What does it take for the people who sell to and host Adobe's customers to do their best work? Which tools, technology, and spaces help them build strong customer relationships, and which ones slow them down? As an Experience Research Intern on the Workplace Digital Experiences team, you'll help us find out! Our team designs and runs the technology behind how Adobe works together, from meeting spaces and customer briefing centers to Lab82, our workplace experimentation program. This summer, you'll lead a UX research project with Adobe's sales and customer-facing teams around the world, including our international markets, and turn what you learn into clear personas and needs. Your findings will help leaders decide where to invest, so you'll see your work shape real decisions! All 2027 Adobe interns will be co-located hybrid. This means that interns will work between their assigned office and home. Interns will be based in the office where their manager and/or team are located, where they will get the most support to ensure collaboration and the best employee experience. Managers and their organization will determine the frequency they need to go into the office to meet priorities. What You’ll Do • Plan and lead a research study, from research questions and recruiting through a final readout with leaders across Technology Services and Sales. • Conduct interviews, observation sessions, and a survey with sellers, solution consultants, and the teams who host customers. • Partner with our data analyst to compare what people tell you with usage and service data. • Build journey maps and personas, then turn them into a ranked list of opportunities, including concepts to test in Lab82. • Use Qualtrics, Miro, AI tools, and Adobe products to plan, analyze, and share your research. What You Need to Succeed • Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Anthropology, Design, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of December 2027 to June 2028. • Ability to participate in a full time internship between May and September. • Experience with qualitative research methods such as interviews, contextual inquiry, and synthesis, through coursework, projects, or internships. • Experience crafting journey maps, personas, or similar research outputs. • Familiarity with survey design and basic quantitative analysis. • Clear writing and speaking skills, including turning research into stories that help people make decisions. • Curiosity and comfort working through open-ended problems with people across teams. • Interest in using AI tools to plan, analyze, and share research.
