US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role

WHY HARVEY At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come. This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. We have strong product-market fit and world-class investor support. We’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched. Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. We live by three values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. We act quickly on clear judgment over perfect information, we believe simplicity is what scales, and we're never satisfied with where we are. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you. At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started. ROLE OVERVIEW Harvey's content roadmap keeps getting bigger. It now covers editorial, research and reports, video, social, educational programming, events, executive content and recurring franchises. Our biggest ideas no longer fit in a single asset. Each one needs a connected program with a clear idea at the center and someone who can carry it from the first conversation to launch. That is the job. As Director, Integrated Content Programs, you will be the showrunner for Harvey's highest-priority, multi-format content programs. You will take a strategic priority or a rough idea, work out what it should become, and come back with a strong recommendation. Then you will lead it through development, production, distribution and delivery. This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role. You will lead through influence. That means you pull together writers, editors, social strategists, designers, producers, agencies, subject-matter experts and executives around one shared idea. As the program grows, this role may build a team. This is not a project management role. We are looking for someone with the editorial judgment and creative instincts to shape the work itself, and the operational discipline to get it made well. THE KIND OF WORK YOU'LL LEAD A typical program might start as a single sentence from leadership, an insight from our research, or a moment on the company calendar. Your job is to find the idea inside it and build it into something bigger. That could be a flagship piece supported by editorial, video, social and event content, with each part designed to strengthen the others. The programs you lead will generally fall into a few categories: - Flagship research and reports, with the campaigns built around them - Educational programs for the legal and professional community - Content captured at and around live events - Recurring video, audio and editorial franchises - Executive, customer and talent-led storytelling - Connected content systems for major product and company moments WHAT YOU'LL DO Originate and shape the idea - Develop original concepts and format strategies for priority content programs - Turn business goals, audience needs and company narratives into clear content plans - Work out how one idea can become a connected system of written, video, social, educational, event and executive content - Write master briefs that define the audience, narrative, creative idea, deliverables, distribution plan and measures of success - Build interview frameworks, talent strategies, episode fo
