About the Role
We're looking for a Director of Content & Editorial to lead how Arize educates, engages, and builds trust with the AI engineering community.
The AI engineering market is moving quickly. Developers are building increasingly sophisticated agents, enterprises are deploying AI into production, and teams are looking for practical guidance on how to evaluate, observe, and improve these systems.
Arize is at the center of these conversations. We have deep technical expertise, strong engineering perspectives, and a growing ecosystem of builders using our products.
Your job is to turn that expertise into content that people genuinely want to read, watch, share, and learn from.
This is a hands-on editorial leadership role. We're not looking for someone who only manages a content calendar or delegates writing. We need an exceptional writer and editor who can develop a content strategy, work directly with technical subject matter experts, produce outstanding content, and build a scalable editorial program.

• Establish clear editorial priorities for developers, AI engineering teams, AI product leaders, and enterprise technology buyers.
• Build and manage an editorial calendar across technical blogs, educational guides, thought leadership, customer stories, newsletters, and other content formats.
• Identify emerging industry trends and develop distinctive editorial perspectives that position Arize as a trusted voice.
• Maintain high standards for technical accuracy, clarity, originality, and editorial quality.
Create technically credible content
• Personally write, edit, and produce high-quality technical and strategic content.
• Partner directly with engineers, researchers, PMMs, DevRel, and executives to develop content grounded in practical experience.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, useful material without oversimplifying them.
• Develop technical tutorials, explainers, deep dives, and educational resources that help developers solve real problems.
• Build original content around product innovation, engineering insights, and emerging approaches to agent evaluation and observability.
