- No salary bar for this route
- H-1B has no fixed salary bar: the employer must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role and area. Cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level. US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role
About Mesh
At Mesh, our mission is to enable consumers to pay and be paid with any asset. Today, trillions of dollars in tokenized assets exist but remain largely unusable for everyday commerce. Mesh is bridging this gap by making crypto payments reliable, useful, and ubiquitous. We combine a powerful orchestration engine with a seamless consumer app to unlock liquidity for the world. Backed by leading investors like SBI, Money Forward, Paradigm, Dragonfly, Galaxy, and PayPal Ventures, we are building the infrastructure for the next era of the global economy. Join us!
Overview
You will own payables, receivables and cash at Mesh, end to end: the subledgers, the reconciliations, and collections. You are our dedicated collections owner, so customers are billed correctly and pay on time, and your part of the close is done and reconciled in the first week.
What You'll Do
• Own AP: bill processing with our part-time AP processor, the weekly payment run for approval, AP reconciliation to the Bill.com aging, and clean-up of aged and negative items.
• Own cash & crypto: monthly reconciliations for every bank and wallet, the Bill.com clearing account and restricted cash, and cash application for wire and stablecoin receipts.
• Own AR: invoicing with billing data from FinOps, AR tie-out, customer statements and DSO.
• Run the purchase order process under the policy set by the Accounting Manager: match POs to bills in Bill.com, hold bills above the threshold that have no PO, and track open POs and committed spend for the close.
• Run collections under our receivables SLA: follow-up, escalation to account owners, and the reserve for balances over 60 days.
• Reconcile company cards and review transaction coding as card feeds are automated.
• Reconcile crypto accounts using statements from Treasury.
• Own audit requests for AP, AR, cash and crypto.
• Supervise the AP processor and protect vendor master data.
Who You Are
• CPA or CPA track, with 4–8 years across public accounting and industry.
• Subledgers and reconciliations you owned in NetSuite.
• Collections experience and a direct, professional tone with customers.
• Bill.com experience and multi-entity exposure
Nice to have
• Crypto or stablecoin accounting.
• Payments or fintech industry experience.
• Spanish or Portuguese.
The compensation range provided may span multiple career levels and will be narrowed during the interview process based on factors including a candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. For candidates outside of New York or San Francisco, compensation will be adjusted to reflect the applicable market and location-based pay band. The base salary range listed excludes commission (if applicable), equity, and benefits. The pay range represents the minimum and maximum target for new-hire compensation. Actual compensation may vary and may be higher or lower depending on individual circumstances.
Pay Range
$110,000 — $150,000 USD
Why You’ll Love It Here
At Mesh, you're not stepping into a typical role—you're joining a rocket ship in mid-liftoff. You'll tackle complex, meaningful problems that actually move an industry forward, working alongside a sharp, motivated team that moves quickly, collaborates deeply, and expects everyone to operate with ownership. This is the kind of place where you'll see your work ship fast, make real impact, and be able to point to something and say, "I built that." You'll grow fast, level up your skills, and get a front-row seat to how a high-growth company scales from the inside, with competitive comp, solid benefits, and room to stretch your craft all coming standard. If you're energized by building, learning, and shaping something big—this is where you'll want to be.
