Northrop Grumman is seeking a Data Insight Analyst to join the Warner Robins Data Analytics team within the Engineering organization. This role reports to the Manager, Computer Systems Analysis and is an on-site position in Warner Robins, Georgia . The selected candidate will support the day‑to‑day operation, maintenance, and user enablement of our business intelligence and data preparation platforms. You will work closely with analysts, data engineers, database administrators, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure our data tools are reliable, secure, and performant. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Extract, transform, and validate large datasets from multiple sources (e.g., SQL databases, Excel) to ensure data accuracy and integrity. • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to support operational decision‑making. • Translate complex business requirements into clear data models, KPIs, and visual storytelling solutions. • Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights that drive strategic initiatives. • Bridge operational technology (OT) with IT systems to enable high‑performance data visualization and logging. • Optimize report and dashboard performance, manage data refresh schedules, and implement governance standards for dashboard consistency and usability. **This position may be filled at either Data Insight Analyst or Principal Data Insight Analyst role.** Basic Qualifications • For a Level 2 : Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field and 3+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles. • For a Level 3: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field and 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles. • **Will consider 4 additional years of related experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree. • Minimum 2+ years of hands‑on experience developing interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and/or Power BI in a professional environment. • Proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and transformation, including joins, subqueries, CTEs, and performance tuning. • Demonstrated experience building and managing data models, including relationships, calculated fields, DAX measures, and data validation processes. • Proven ability to translate business requirements into KPIs, metrics, and visually compelling dashboards for operational and executive audiences. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to clearly present insights to both technical and non‑technical sta
