US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

• Serve as a visible product leader—representing the Procure to Pay suite in customer conversations, internal leadership forums, and industry events.
What You'll Need:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, with deep expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) automation and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end AP workflows, including the day-to-day needs of AP teams and the strategic priorities of CFOs.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered products and successfully bringing them to market.
• Strong ownership and initiative, with the ability to drive outcomes end to end, act proactively, and identify and address challenges early.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adapt quickly, and adjust priorities based on customer feedback, data, and market insights.
• Strong commercial judgment, with the ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and market opportunities.
• Proven experience leading and developing product teams, with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with peers and executive leadership.
