About the Team The Digital Employee Experience Collaboration team, part of Business Technology (BT) at Workday, delivers innovative, engaging digital experiences for our global workforce. About the Role About the Role We are seeking a high-energy, high-ownership Senior Business System Analyst Client Platforms to join our global IT team. You are a technology BSA who anticipates needs, eliminates friction, and relentlessly raises the bar for the employee endpoint experience. In this role, you will be expected to drive the experience and security of our tech stack through intelligent automation, self-healing systems, endpoint analytics, and AI. You will sit at the intersection of Client Platforms Engineering, Identity & Access Management and Cybersecurity. About You About You • Bias for Action: You operate with deep personal ownership and a strong sense of urgency. You don’t wait for permission to solve problems; you proactively identify gaps in the device lifecycle, compliance, and user experience, and build scalable solutions. • AI & Automation Champion: You are already actively leveraging generative AI, automated workflows, and AI assistants to streamline ticket queues, optimize hardware provisioning, and eliminate repetitive IT operational toil. • Dynamic Communicator: You effortlessly bridge the gap between deep endpoint engineering (macOS/Windows/Mobile) and business strategy, clearly articulating ROI to leadership while commanding respect from systems engineers and security teams.
