US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About this search
Great talent doesn't wait for job postings, so we don't either. We're building a network of skilled professionals for roles that come up regularly with our clients.
Join our Future Talent network and you'll be one of the first people we reach when the right opening appears. We make around 160 hires a year, so it happens often.
The role
As a VP of Client Services, you will own a new-logo quota in the US. You'll design and run the strategy to attract new opportunities, build a network of US technology buyers, and take each deal from first conversation to signed contract.
Your day-to-day: Win new business in the US
• Own and hit a specific new-logo quota in the US market.
• Prospect directly into CTOs, CIOs, COO, VPs of engineering, and product leaders at US mid-market and enterprise companies.
• Run the full sales cycle: discovery, solution shaping with architects, proposal, pricing, SOW, and contract negotiation.
• Close new logos and agree a clear plan for the first project.
Build a US network
• Build and keep a network of US technology and business leaders.
• Travel to the US regularly for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
• Use your network, events, and partners to get warm introductions.
Design the demand strategy
• Think, design, and execute the strategy to attract new opportunities: target segments, accounts, channels, and messaging.
• Work with BDRs and marketing to align efforts, warm up target accounts, and increase inbound and outbound pipeline.
• Partner with the Growth team to find new levers for company growth.
Improve conversion
• Build a strategy to raise conversion at each stage of the funnel, from first meeting to signed deal.
• Review lost and stalled deals, find the patterns, and fix them.
• Keep the CRM current and the forecast accurate, and tell leadership early when a deal is slipping.
Expand current clients
• Spot growth potential in our current portfolio: new relationships inside existing clients and new service lines to sell them.
• Work with Client Services so expansion deals are coordinated, not duplicated.
What we're looking for
• 5+ years in a similar new business sales role at a technology company (IT services, software engineering services, or digital consulting), selling to US clients.
• A record of closing new logos, with deals you can describe in detail: the client, the problem, the deal size, and how you won it.
• Experience selling nearshore delivery models (staff augmentation, dedicated teams, project-based work) and knowing when each fits.
• Experience designing a go-to-market or demand strategy, not only executing one.
• Comfort leading C-level and VP conversations with US buyers.
• A genuinely social profile: you enjoy meeting people and building relationships that last.
• Availability to travel to the US on a recurring basis.
• Advanced English
