WHAT YOU’LL DO - Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and forecasting cycles - Prepare and maintain consolidated company financial models, including income statement, balance sheet, headcount, operating expense, cash flow, and other key planning schedules. - Consolidate results and forecasts across departments, entities, cost centers, and other reporting dimensions - Analyze actuals versus budget, forecast, and prior period results; identify key drivers, variances, trends, and risks - Prepare recurring management reporting and financial presentations for Finance and company leadership - Partner with Accounting to understand close results, accruals, reclasses, and other items affecting financial reporting - Build and scale FP&A processes, reporting packages, KPIs, and planning infrastructure, including support for the rollout of Pigment, our new planning tool - Support the annual operating plan, long-range planning, and scenario modeling processes THIS ROLE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR… WHAT YOU’LL BRING - 4-7 years of FP&A experience. Experience in SaaS or high-growth technology, ideally cybersecurity or enterprise software, is preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field - Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and financial process improvements in a fast-paced environment - Comfort with FP&A systems, automation, and AI-enabled tools, with the ability to identify opportunities to streamline planning, reporting, and analysis workflows. - Strong analytical and Excel modeling skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights and recommendations - A proactive, builder-oriented mindset and comfort operating in an evolving, high-growth environment - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership Travel Encouraged We are a fully remote company, and this job may require up to 10% of travel to be successful.
