About the role

Since we opened our doors in 2009, the world of commerce has evolved immensely, and so has Square. After enabling anyone to take payments and never miss a sale, we saw sellers stymied by disparate, outmoded products and tools that wouldn’t work together. So we expanded into software and started building integrated, omnichannel solutions – to help sellers sell online, manage inventory, offer buy now, pay later functionality, book appointments, engage loyal buyers, and hire and pay staff. Across it all, we’ve embedded financial services tools at the point of sale, so merchants can access a business loan and manage their cash flow in one place. Afterpay furthers our goal to provide omnichannel tools that unlock meaningful value and growth, enabling sellers to capture the next generation shopper, increase order sizes, and compete at a larger scale. Today, we are a partner to sellers of all sizes – large, enterprise-scale businesses with complex operations, sellers just starting, as well as merchants who began selling with Square and have grown larger over time. As our sellers grow, so do our solutions. There is a massive opportunity in front of us. We’re building a significant, meaningful, and lasting business, and we are helping sellers worldwide do the same. The Role The Global Revenue Content team builds the narratives, content, and systems that help sales teams communicate Square and Block’s value to customers. Working across global markets, products, and sales organizations, we develop compelling sales materials—including pitch decks, email templates, one-pagers, and competitive resources—and ensure they are accessible, relevant, and effectively used throughout the sales lifecycle. As a Revenue Content Governance Manager you will build and manage the systems, processes, and automated workflows that keep critical sales information accurate, current, and accessible. You’ll own our global information governance roadmap, partner with subject-matter experts across the business, and leverage AI and automation to streamline how sales content—including email templates and outreach sequences—is reviewed, updated, approved, and maintained. Working closely with Revenue Content, Information Design, and cross-functional partners, you’ll help create a scalable, intelligent knowledge ecosystem that Sales can trust. You Will • Own the global information governance roadmap, establishing review schedules, maintenance priorities, and scalable processes that ensure sales content and knowledge remain accurate, relevant, and up to date.Design and implement automated governance workflows that streamline content reviews, approval routing, version control, expiration tracking, and archiving, reducing manual effort and improving consistency. • Build AI-powered processes to identify outdated, duplicated, or inconsistent information across sales knowledge platforms, helping proactively surface content that requires review or updates.Develop automated review and notification systems that alert content owners and subject-matter experts when information requires validation, approval, or replacement. • Oversee governance of sales email content, including approved outreach templates, nurture sequences, competitive emails, and account management communications, ensuring messaging, claims, and product information remain accurate and current. • Coordinate cross-functional information reviews, partnering with subject-matter experts across Product Marketing, Product, Competitive Intelligence, Partnerships, Legal, and other teams to validate and maintain critical sales information. • Establish clear content ownership and accountability, identifying the appropriate stakeholders responsible for reviewing, approving, and maintaining different types of sales kn
