About the Team Capital One is looking for an experienced product leader who can lead the Engineering 360 team. This team is optimizing Capital One’s Card developer experience to automate everything but the creative.  Creating tooling and best practices to both deliver code faster and, in the background, drive automation that ensures applications are well managed. You will own the strategy and execution of the vision for Capital One’s Card Business; inspire and lead your team, users and adjacent teams; drive a continuous discovery process, optimizing for efficiency and quality.  This leader will instill an outcome orientation and partner with product and technology leaders across the organization to deliver exceptional experiences for our developers.
