US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). • Think in systems and act as an intrapreneur: connect assessment, learning, and HR technology, run small experiments, and scale what works.

AI-Enabled and Adaptive Assessment
• Use generative AI responsibly to write and score questions, with human review and bias checks.
• Build adaptive tests and send employees with skill gaps to targeted learning before they retest.
Certification and Credentialing
• Award certifications and Credly badges (Open Badges standard) when employees pass, with retesting to renew.
• Connect results to Workday and Cornerstone.
What You'll Need
• 5+ years in skills assessment, psychometrics, or certification, including leading a full program; bachelor’s degree in measurement, I-O psychology, education, or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of assessment design, passing scores, and psychometrics, explained in plain language.
• Hands-on experience with assessment systems (item banking, delivery, proctoring, scoring) and managing vendors and subject-matter experts.
• An intrapreneur who experiments, learns quickly, and scales new programs in a large organization.
• Experience with AI in assessment, or IRT and adaptive testing, rubric scoring, and Credly.
