US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role

CrossFit is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Education. You will own product strategy and execution for CrossFit's Education line of business, including the learner experience, course registration, content authoring and delivery, learning platforms, and credentialing. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role: you are the dedicated product specialist for Education, translating the needs of Education leaders, program owners, instructors, and learners into a clear product vision, roadmap, and priorities. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Education leadership, and coordinate with product owners for adjacent products (for example, the mobile app) to align strategy and sequencing across the broader product surface. Education is central to CrossFit's identity and has significant room to grow. The foundation is an older, layered stack of in-house software and vendor tools. This role requires someone resilient and responsive, strong at strategy, and disciplined about tight feedback loops: a person who can bring structure and clarity to ambiguity, make disciplined trade-offs, and deliver measurable results. Responsibilities • Product Strategy & Roadmap: • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Education, in alignment with company priorities and business objectives. • Establish clear product goals, success metrics, and KPIs, and regularly evaluate performance against expected outcomes. • Use customer insights, product analytics, market trends, and business data to identify opportunities and guide product decisions. • Balance learner experience, business impact, technical investment, and available resources, and make and communicate clear trade-off decisions when priorities compete. • Bring an informed point of view on where online learning is heading, then commit fully to the direction the business chooses. • Product Execution: • Lead the product lifecycle from discovery and validation through development, launch, adoption, measurement, and iteration. • Guide product decisions for Education's learner experience, course registration, content authoring and delivery, learning platforms, and credentialing, including integrations across existing systems. • Evaluate build, buy, modernize, or replace options for legacy platforms and vendor tools, considering user needs, technical dependencies, migration costs, and long-term value. • Ensure requirements clearly define the customer problem, business need, expected outcome, and measures of success. • Partner with Engineering and Design to scope initiatives and sequence work across quick wins, foundational fixes, and new capabilities. • Support launches with go-to-market, communication, training, and adoption plans in partnership with business stakeholders. • Contribute to foundational platform capabilities that cut across products, such as data privacy and consent, localization, and marketing enablement. • Customer & Business Impact: • Partner with Education leaders and program owners to identify learner and instructor pain points, distinguish underlying problems from proposed solutions, and prioritize improvements across the learner journey. • Establish and improve instrumentation for enrollment, course completion, conversion, learner retention, and revenue per learner, including where existing data is incomplete. • Run experiments across acquisition, activation, upgrades, and re-engagement, using results to refine product and growth priorities. • Build tight feedback loops through research, analytics, and direct engagement with learners, instructors, and staff, and turn what you learn into decisions quickly. • Tie product investments to measurable customer and business outcomes rather than feature delive
