- H-1B has no fixed salary bar: the employer must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role and area. Cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level. US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role

Marketing Specialist
Remote Worldwide · Full-Time · 8:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time · 90-Day Paid Trial to Start
Required: 4+ years at a marketing agency (a company that serves multiple clients; in-house or freelance-only experience does not count) and fluent English (C1 or above).
The Role: We are hiring a Marketing Specialist to work across both client and Forward Push marketing priorities, taking approved strategy, content, and direction and turning it into accurate, polished work that is executed correctly. That includes creating brand and web assets from approved direction.
This is a hands-on, proactive role. Our AI agents and automations handle more of the repetitive work every month, so this role is not about copying and pasting or scheduling posts. You will run and quality-check our AI-assisted marketing workflows, keep us ahead of what is changing in marketing and AI, test new tools and models, and tell us what we should be doing differently. In your first few months you will also handle hands-on execution, such as publishing, onboarding, and QA. As we automate those tasks, your role grows toward strategy and ideas.
We do not expect you to know everything. We do expect you to know how to find the answer, test what you learn, document it, and know when a question is needed before moving forward.
This is not an entry-level marketing position. We are looking for someone with enough experience to know what good marketing execution looks like and enough judgment to catch problems before they become rework. Most of all, we want someone who is frustrated that their knowledge is going to waste at their current job and who can’t see room to advance there. You can see how fast technology is changing marketing, and you want to be the person who puts it to work.
What You'll Do
Industry Intelligence & AI Testing
•
Monitor industry news daily and flag updates that affect Forward Push or our clients, such as AI model releases, Google and algorithm changes, platform updates, and pricing changes.
•
Test new AI models and tools against what we use today, such as comparing models on the same task or trying a new video or image tool, and document what worked, what did not, and what it cost. You will have room to experiment.
•
Challenge the team with ideas. We want someone who says “did you hear about this?” before we do.
Marketing Execution & Publishing
•
Run our AI-assisted publishing workflows to schedule and publish client and Forward Push social media content across major platforms, including bulk scheduling in GoHighLevel.
•
Publish YouTube, podcast, blog, and other approved content, then confirm formatting, links, images, titles, descriptions, and other details are correct.
•
Perform final QA before and after publication so the right content, image, account, platform, and schedule are being used.
•
Review images for quality and audience fit, and create graphics or AI-generated images when needed.
•
Coordinate approved ad creative and copy with the team members responsible for managing paid campaigns on other platforms.
•
Build and maintain branded image templates for each client (Meta, Google Business Profile, YouTube thumbnails, Shorts, press releases), then produce finished images from them.
•
Format, finalize and publish press releases from approved copy, confirming images, links and distribution details are correct.
•
Create and edit professional headshots from client photos, making sure the likeness is accurate and approved by the client.
•
Write and enter meta titles and descriptions for new website pages and published content.
Client Onboarding & Platform Setup
•
Own assigned onboarding tasks, including Google Business Profile setup and optimization
