We’re committed to pushing boundaries and leaving our mark as we reinvent the future of ecommerce for enthusiasts. We're in this together, sustaining the future of our customers, our company, and our planet. Join a team of passionate thinkers, innovators, and dreamers — and help us connect people and build communities to create economic opportunity for all. About the team and the role The Checkout Experience team owns one of the most important moments in the buyer journey: helping customers complete their purchase with confidence, speed, and clarity. The space includes guest and member checkout, express payment experiences, checkout success, and key dependencies across cart, payments, shipping, and post-purchase experiences. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead complex, high-impact checkout initiatives that reduce friction, improve buyer trust, and unlock conversion at scale. In this role, you will define and drive multiple initiatives across the checkout funnel, influence cross-functional roadmaps, and help shape the future of Checkout Experience. What you will accomplish • Lead multiple Checkout Experience initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration. • Identify the biggest sources of buyer friction and turn them into clear product priorities. • Partner across Engineering, Design, Research, Analytics, and adjacent product teams to deliver measurable outcomes. • Drive improvements across areas such as guest checkout, member checkout, express payments, delivery clarity, payment optimization, incentives, and checkout success. • Use analytics, experimentation, and customer insights to make decisions and refine the roadmap. • Influence cross-functional stakeholders and align teams around tradeoffs, sequencing, and success metrics. • Contribute to the longer-term vision for checkout, including personalization, modernized flows, and AI-assisted experiences. What you will bring • Experience owning multiple customer-facing products or features end to end in a consumer, ecommerce, marketplace, or payments environment. • 8+ years of relevant experience • Strong product judgment and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear strategies and priorities. • Comfort using data, experimentation, and customer insights to size opportunities and guide decisions. • Ability to write clear product requirements with strong hypotheses, success metrics, and execution plans. • Strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. • Domain depth, or quickly demonstrated depth, in checkout, payments, buyer experience, ecommerce, or conversion optimization. • A bias toward action, strong prioritization instincts, and the ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-moving environment.
