US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

Job Overview
ARIES is moving from launch to real customer adoption. The Legal Deployment Strategist owns the technical activation of ARIES across assigned customer accounts—turning the platform on and driving initial use cases into live, verified, daily operation.
This role operates in tight coordination with the Value Experience (VX) team and Value Adoption Consultants (VAC), who lead account enablement, change management, process improvement, and broader training. Rather than running separate workstreams, the Deployment Strategist and the VX/VAC teams function as a unified front to ensure seamless technical onboarding and long-term customer value.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
•
Technical Activation Ownership: Direct the end-to-end technical activation of assigned ARIES accounts from initial kickoff through steady-state adoption, partnering closely with VX/VAC owners on existing accounts and Services/Implementation Partners on net-new implementations.
•
Account Readiness Alignment: For existing TeamConnect accounts, partner jointly with the Account Manager and VX/VAC to evaluate process fit, data foundations, and user proficiency prior to enablement, ensuring activation sits on a stable foundation.
•
Coordinated Net-New Onboarding: Partner from day one with Services, Implementation Partners, and VACs so that ARIES activation occurs in lockstep with core system rollouts rather than as an isolated add-on.
•
Workflow Translation: Analyze customer-specific legal department operations and translate them into tailored ARIES use cases, building upon existing account intelligence rather than re-discovering baseline workflows.
•
Configuration & Launch: Work hands-on with customers (remotely and on site) to deploy and validate an initial starter set of 10 to 15 standard use cases.
•
Security & Access Validation: Collaborate with Engineering and Information Security teams to ensure user access controls and permissions contain zero gaps.
•
Adoption Monitoring & Risk Mitigation: Monitor platform telemetry to evaluate utilization patterns. Identify low-adoption or at-risk accounts early and collaborate with VX/VAC and Services on a unified mitigation plan before escalating to Sales or Customer Success.
•
Standardized Escalation: Direct custom workflow requests outside the starter scope through standard ARIES support models rather than running ad-hoc, parallel tracks.
•
Feedback Loop: Partner with Product and AI Engineering to feed field learnings back into core product roadmaps, identifying high-impact use cases that can transition into standard platform skills.
•
Enablement Collaboration: Assist VX/VAC in translating emerging platform capabilities into training materials, e-learning courses, and interactive office h
