Job Description
Our client is hiring a Marketing Lead to build and execute their marketing strategy, establish market awareness, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth. You will work closely with the founder, the business development lead, and existing marketing contributors, and you will be expected to move from strategy to execution independently.
The ideal candidate is a creative, commercially minded, resourceful builder who understands both brand storytelling and customer acquisition. You will be especially valuable if you understand how creative agencies operate, what drives their purchasing decisions, and how the platform can help them expand their capabilities and create new value for their clients.

• Build demand-generation campaigns that produce qualified leads and sales opportunities
• Develop compelling brand positioning, messaging, and content that differentiates the company in the market
• Showcase the flagship product through campaigns, demonstrations, and real-world use cases
• Collaborate closely with business development on targeting, campaigns, sales materials, and pipeline growth
• Manage marketing channels, including LinkedIn, email, website, and other relevant digital platforms
• Establish marketing priorities, performance metrics, and processes that support sustainable growth
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Lead. EdTech background strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the creative agency market, ideally from working within agencies or marketing products and services to them
• Proven B2B marketing experience, particularly in demand generation, positioning, and go-to-market execution
