About the role
SIXT is transforming how millions of customers experience mobility through our Loyalty Program. As our Loyalty Campaign Specialist (m(/f/d), you'll be the technical engine behind every campaign we launch: configuring earning rules and redemption mechanics in SessionM, building automated journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and ensuring every program goes live flawlessly. You'll sit at the intersection of marketing strategy and platform execution, turning concepts into live, tested campaigns that drive retention and engagement. This is a hands-on build-and-run role where you own the entire execution cycle, from configuration through deployment to post-launch monitoring. If you thrive on making complex systems work seamlessly and love being the person who turns ideas into reality, this is your role!
YOURS TO OWN
• You configure and deploy loyalty campaigns in SessionM, including earning rules, redemption mechanics, and program parameters based on strategic direction from the Marketing Manager
• You conduct comprehensive pre-launch testing: functionality validation, data verification, and user experience checks to ensure every campaign works flawlessly before going live
• You collaborate with CRM to build and execute corresponding marketing communications, including emails, automated journeys, and personalized messaging in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• You track post-launch performance and technical functionality, compiling regular reports for the Loyalty Marketing Manager to inform decision-making
• You maintain CRM and loyalty data integrity, build customer segments, troubleshoot issues, and partner across Loyalty Marketing, CRM, IT, and Customer Service teams
• You identify and build automation opportunities to streamline campaign execution: reusable templates, triggered workflows, and automated journeys that reduce manual effort, minimize errors, and accelerate time-to-launch
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
• Platform Experience You bring 2–4 years in CRM, loyalty marketing, or marketing operations, with direct hands-on experience in a loyalty or campaign engine (SessionM strongly preferred, or similar platforms like Kobie or Comarch) and an ESP or marketing automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud strongly preferred, or similar tools like Braze)
• Technical Execution You're comfortable working directly inside campaign and loyalty engine UIs to configure rules logic, and you have strong attention to detail as the last line of defense before campaigns go live; you have experience conducting QA and testing for marketing campaigns, including functional testing, data validation, and rendering or UX checks
• Marketing Automation Proficiency You have SFMC proficiency in Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio; working knowledge of AMPscript or SQL is a plus
• Segmentation & Collaboration You have experience building audience segments and you're a clear, proactive communicator who can collaborate effectively across marketing, CRM, IT, and Customer Service stakeholders, comfortable with ambiguity
• Analytical Skills You have basic reporting and analytics skills using Excel, dashboards, or BI tools to track and communicate campaign performance
• Language English Fluency is mandatory, with additional languages being a valuable plus
