WHY JOIN US • The software and systems you work on directly protect personnel and defend European and national sovereignty. • You will work alongside industry-leading minds on autonomous systems, advanced propulsion, and secure cyber platforms. • We foster a fast-paced, collaborative environment where bold ideas are supported by serious R&D backing. ABOUT THE TEAM Our Production Quality team in Thessaloniki is the technical shield protecting the integrity of STARK’s next-generation autonomous systems. Operating directly on the production floor, we partner with assembly leads, technicians, and engineering teams to stand up resilient, high-yield manufacturing processes. We bridge precise structural mechanical builds with complex, high-reliability aerospace-grade electronics. We value absolute technical precision, structured problem-solving, and the proactive ownership required to safeguard zero-defect manufacturing standards. YOUR MISSION As our Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be the final gatekeeper of production standards on our assembly floor. Utilizing your combined knowledge of mechanical and electronics engineering, you will continuously review active assembly lines, verify build documentation, and ensure all mandatory inline steps are executed flawlessly. You will take end-to-end ownership of on-floor quality checks—collaborating closely with Manufacturing Engineers to identify assembly gaps, block defective parts, and update localized Control Plans so our processes are continuously improved. WHAT YOU WILL DO AT STARK • Conduct rigorous inline quality checks on active production lines, verifying that electro-mechanical sub-assemblies, wire harnesses, and avionics conform exactly to design schematics. • Review assembly lines to identify physical gaps, actively collaborating with Manufacturing Engineers to implement tooling, jig, or process improvements. • Define, update, and maintain dynamic Control Plans (CPs) for inline assemblies and final products based on real-time assembly data. • Block defective products immediately, physically isolating and managing quarantined materials on the floor. • Initiate and coordinate technical reworks, providing on-floor guidance to technicians and verifying that repaired systems meet original engineering standards before re-release. • Perform final quality checks and outgoing document reviews before delivery, recording deviations in the QMS and creating precise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). WHAT YOU BRING TO THE MISSION • Education: Vocational diploma or technical degree in mechatronics, electronics, mechanical assembly, or a related field. • Experience: 3+ years as a Quality Inspector, QA Specialist, or Lead Assembler in aerospace, automotive, or defense. • Technical Skills: Strong practical understanding of both electronics (wiring, connectors) and mechanics (tolerances, fasteners, blueprints). • Process Review & Control Plans: Proven ability to spot floor assembly gaps, collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers, and execute dynamic Control Plans (CPs). • NCR Ownership & Languages: Experience managing non-conformances in QMS/ERP with profe
