US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

Align stakeholders, drive decisions without direct authority, and measure the impact of systems investments. What You Bring: • 7+ years of experience in People Systems, People Operations, HR technology, business systems, or a related field. • Experience shaping and delivering multi-quarter technology or process roadmaps across multiple platforms and business areas. • Strong business analysis and process design skills, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, implementation, and change management. • Experience evaluating and managing technology vendors and partnering with IT, data, security, and integration teams. • Strong understanding of
