About the role

Job Title Clinical Application Specialist Job Description Are you passionate about cardiac care and driven to improve patient outcomes through innovative solutions ? Apply now and join our team in Milan as a Clinical Application Specialist. In this role you will drive clinical decision support for products and solutions including sales presentations, product demonstrations, and educating sales teams on emerging clinical issues for CS (Cardiac Solutions) segment. Your role: • Providing primary training and education to customers • Assisting in disseminating technical product information to customers and executing hospital’s staff training, also in the cath lab during clinical procedures. • Achieving and growing disposable utilization in the assigned territory; assisting in advancing disposable revenue and market position consistent with territory, division, and company goals. • Monitoring the use of Philips laser systems in the assigned territory, by regular contact with the users, in order to ensure confidence in Philips IGT-D products and systems. Assisting each step of Philips laser system utilization, from the delivery to the cath-lab support. • Building solid customer relations by interfacing directly with customers including hospital physicians, catheter laboratory personnel, training/education, research, and business office staff. • Interfacing with Marketing and other internal group s to quantify needs and to provide intelligence to management on competitive products and company product enhancements. • Implementing business development activities on the field for increasing awareness about cardiac implantable electronic device infection. Organizing round tables/cardiac implantable electronic device infection meetings involving the different stakeholders that manage patients with infection. • Processing and monitoring product complaints per company procedures. You're the right fit if: • Ba/MSc degree in a biomedical engineering or clinical/science related field • 2 - 5 yrs experience of clinical support in a cath-lab • English fluency and Italian language as local languange • Availability to travel 70-80% of the time to support cath-lab disposable usage in the area • Excellent customer orientation and stakeholder management skills   📍 Location Flexibility: This role can be based in Milan area, focusing on the Northern Italy regions Compensation & benefits Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base annual salary range for this role is € 36,100 - € 51,980. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience, and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for incentive, with your rewards linked to KPIs. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
