About the role
Job Description Hybrid: This position requires you to work on-site 3 times a week (Tue to Thu) The role Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing, this role leads Marketing Operations for Chevrolet and South America, defining processes, governance, resources, and performance routines that enable effective campaign execution and business impact. The position partners with regional and global stakeholders to connect marketing strategy with operational excellence across GMSA. What you will do (responsabilities): • Lead the Marketing Operations strategy and operating model across GMSA, ensuring alignment with business and marketing priorities. • Drive planning, intake, prioritization, governance, and execution of regional marketing initiatives and campaigns. • Manage marketing budgets, investment governance, forecasting, and performance tracking in partnership with Finance. • Oversee agency and supplier relationships, including scope, performance, capacity, and commercial effectiveness. • Ensure operational readiness for campaigns, product launches, customer engagement, media, and content activities. • Monitor key operational, financial, and delivery metrics, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. • Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Global Marketing, regional teams, markets, Finance, Procurement, agencies, and suppliers. • Provide leadership with operational insights, recommendations, executive reporting, and drive the development of the Marketing Operations team. Location : São Caetano do Sul/SP Your skills and abilities (required qualifications): • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Operations, Communications, or a related field. • Experience in Marketing Operations, planning, budget management, agency management, or related areas. • Proven ability to manage regional or cross-functional initiatives and work with multiple stakeholders. • Strong knowledge of marketing budgets, forecasting, supplier management, and performance tracking. • Understanding of integrated marketing, campaign planning, product launches, digital channels, and agency operations. • Advanced/Fluent English required; Portuguese and Spanish are a plus. • Willingness to travel within South America. • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. What may give you a competitive advantage (preferred qualifications): • MBA or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field. • Experience in the automotive industry or in consumer goods companies. • Experience implementing marketing operating models, workflow tools, performance dashboards, or process improvement initiatives. • Experience managing agency rosters, strategic suppliers, commercial models, and marketing productivity programs. #LI-AS .
