We at Northrop Grumman Missions Systems are seeking a skilled  Systems Engineer  for  Integration & Test  in  Woodland Hills, CA .  Our success is grounded in our ability to embrace change, move quickly and continuously drive innovation.  The successful candidate will be collaborative, open, transparent, and team-oriented with a focus on team empowerment & shared responsibility, flexibility, continuous learning, and a culture of automation.   What You’ll get to Do: ·         Synthesize customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledges technical, schedule and cost constraints. ·         Develop and direct preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for complete systems. This includes designing a formal qualification strategy to qualify new system designs utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, DOORS. ·         Using scripting knowledge to develop test scripts to automate test campaigns. ·         Coordinate integrated testing activities. ·         Review and evaluate test requirements to ensure completeness of test program. ·         Perform technical analysis of complete systems and prepares comprehensive system level evaluations. ·         Conduct formal technical reviews, such as Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) with internal stakeholders and external customers. ·         Assess performance of Navigation Systems and Mission Computers by analyzing data using MATLAB or similar software. ·         Act as the primary technical point of contact during test events, managing customer expectations and reporting results.   This requisition may be filled as a Systems Engineer - Integration & Test or Principal Systems Engineer - Integration & Test   Basic Qualifications for a Integration and Test Systems Engineer are: ·         Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university with 2 years of engineering experience; Master's Degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university. ·         Experience authoring test procedures, managing test facility interfaces, and ensuring data integrity and cataloging. ·         Experience with test execution, diagnostics, and formal requirement decomposition with traceability and verification. ·         Experience creating automated test scripts that integrate with hardware interfaces. ·         Proficient in at least one of the following programming environments: MATLAB, C, C++, C#, and/or Python. ·         Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple, shifting priorities while maintaining safety standards. ·         US Citizenship is required ·         Ability to obtain and maintain an active US Government Secret security clearance. ·         Ability to work onsite full-time in Woodland Hills, CA   Basic Qualifications for a Principal Integration and Test Syst
