Join NVIDIA and help build our future! As a Global Virtual Card Payment Administrator, you will serve as a specialist in our global Accounts Payable team located in Santa Clara, CA. You will lead the strategy, administration, expansion, and control of our virtual card payment program across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. You will collaborate with card-issuing banks, suppliers, Treasury, regional AP teams, and internal partners. Together, you will ensure payments are secure, accurate, and on time globally while growing rebates and supporting a great supplier experience. Does this sound like an opportunity for you? Apply now! What you'll be doing: • Support NVIDIA's worldwide virtual card payment initiative across all regions and legal entities, handling card payment cycles, card issuance, spending limits, and payment file exchanges between SAP and our card-issuing banks' systems. • Define and lead the global supplier enablement strategy. Use AP spend analysis to identify card-eligible suppliers across regions. Run targeted onboarding campaigns and grow program adoption and spend volume worldwide. • Address complicated supplier and bank customer inquiries involving virtual card payments, including declined, expired, or unprocessed cards, remittance difficulties, and payment rejections, spanning multiple time zones. • Perform daily and month-end reconciliation of virtual card payments across entities and currencies between SAP, bank statements, and the card platforms, investigating and resolving open items, FX differences, refunds, and credits. • Build and monitor controls for card payment activity to detect unusual transactions, duplicate payments, and potential fraud, and lead dispute and recovery efforts with the issuing banks. • Own global program benchmarks by region and entity (e.g., card spend volume, supplier adoption, acceptance rate, unused card balances, and rebate earnings), present insights and recommendations to Finance leadership, and partner with Procurement, Treasury Accounting on accounting, rebate calculations, accrual, and forecasting. • Lead cross-functional initiatives with IT, Finance Systems, Treasury, Tax, Procurement, and regional AP teams on payment configuration, system improvements, and rollouts to new countries, entities, currencies, or bank platforms, managing requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and cutover. • Support SOX adherence and audit readiness for the global virtual card program, including user access reviews, segregation of duties, payment approvals, and control evidence, while ensuring alignment with local regulatory requirements. • Mentor AP team members, establish global procedures, standards, and supplier-facing materials, and independently lead automation and process-improvement initiatives across the card payment process.
