About the role
Associate Wheel and Brake Technician Company: Boeing Distribution, Inc. The Wheel and Brake Associate Technician (Level B), will execute the wheel and brake production plan and will be responsibilities to follow all safety and quality policies and insure productivity goals are met. This will require that they be available and willing to work in all areas of the shop including, but not limited to, receiving, disassemble, cleaning, painting, assemble and shipping as required. Position is located in Dallas, TX. Position Responsibilities: · Performs routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and aircraft systems, equipment and accessories using manual operations. Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience): · 3+ Experience working under FAA 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Station Regulations · Knowledge of aircraft mechanical component, repair procedures, or painting · Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems with efficiency · Equivalent automotive or military experience to be considered Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): · 3+ years of experience working in a FAA Repair Station environment experience Typical Education/Experience: · Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate).
