About the role
As Cross-BU Product and Portfolio Manager, you will act as the portfolio and innovation orchestrator across Electrified Motion. You will work at the intersection of market, customer, technology, and business strategy, ensuring that China market requirements are translated into the global Common Modular Base (CMB), innovation roadmap, and portfolio decisions. Portfolio & Common Modular Base (CMB) •Drive cross-BU portfolio alignment and support the development of one global Common Modular Base (CMB) by consolidating product, portfolio, and market requirements across Electrified Motion •Consolidate product, portfolio, and market requirements from China and translate them into EM strategy work for the rest of the world •Translate China technology requirements into consolidated portfolio roadmaps and recommendations for RoW •Identify portfolio gaps and opportunities to strengthen competitiveness •Support lifecycle management of global electrification products and platforms •Contribute to the continuous evolution and harmonization of the CMB portfolio Innovation & Technology Scouting •Scout and scan emerging technologies, innovation trends, and market developments in China •Identify innovation opportunities that can strengthen Bosch's global electrification portfolio Market & Competitive Intelligence •Analyze market developments, competitive benchmark data, and customer requirements •Monitor Chinese and global electrification trends and their implications for future portfolio strategy •Monitor and analyze relevant regulations, standards, and policy developments in China and key overseas markets, and assess their implications for product and customer strategy. •Generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making •Support competitive assessments, business model evaluations, and market opportunity analyses Customer & Requirements Management •Collect and consolidate customer requirements from Chinese OEMs and global OEMs •Ensure market and customer feedback is effectively integrated into Electrified Motion processes and development activities •Act as a bridge between customer needs, portfolio strategy, and engineering organizations •Support acquisition activities for Chinese OEMs going abroad and strategic customer engagements •Monitor China SAE TRM 3.0 and its updates, and evaluate the impact on the EM portfolio together with relevant stakeholders Collaboration & Stakeholder Management •Build strong working relationships with UAES and Bosch teams across China and globally •Facilitate alignment across multiple product areas and functions •Foster transparent communication and knowledge sharing across organizational boundaries •Act as an ambassador for collaboration between the eMobility Hub China and the global Electrified Motion network *Responsibilities should clearly define the effect if not comply with QMS if applicable. • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience: Several years of experience in product/portfolio management, business development, strategy, or automotive electrification. • Skills: Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate market and technology trends into business opportunities. • Languages: Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English; German is a plus. 博世集团网上招聘数据处理同意声明 个人信息及目的:你的如下个人信息将被处理并用于招聘:姓名、电子邮箱、电话号码、所在地区、经验和教育信息、简历等应聘者自主提交的附件信息、证件号、职位、部门、计划入职日期、劳动合同持续时间、工作地点、月薪、年薪、浮动奖金比例、餐贴、车贴。 博世将依据相关的数据保护法规,在全球范围内对您的数据进行保密。招聘流程中,您的个人信息只有在必须时才会被提供给博世以外的第三方机构(如代理机构)。博世精心挑选了第三方机构并与之签订了保密合同。博世采取了种种保密措施以保护您的数据,确保其不会遭受操纵、丢失、破坏、未经授权的访问或泄漏。我们的安全措施将随着新技术的应用而不断升级。您的本地浏览器和我们的人才招募系统之间的数据传输通过https加密。 特定职位申请:申请博世集团的职位就意味着您将自己的个人信息提供给博世集团旗下相应的法律实体(具体请见博世集团法人清单)。请注意,若有任何文件或资料变更,请在所有申请书里一并变更。人
