Wir helfen mittelständischen Unternehmen, KI & Automatisierung pragmatisch und wirksam einzusetzen – mit Fokus auf Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio und Power Automate. Wir suchen einen AI Automation Expert, der technische Lösungen baut, Workshops begleitet und Verantwortung übernimmt. Das ist kein Ticket-Job. Das ist ein Gestaltungs-Job. Aufgaben Technische Umsetzung im Microsoft 365 Umfeld • Konzeption und Umsetzung von Automatisierungen mit Power Automate • Aufbau produktiver Copilot Use Cases • Entwicklung interner Assistenten mit Copilot Studio • Integration von SharePoint, Teams, Outlook und weiteren M365 Komponenten • Troubleshooting bei Copilot- und Automatisierungs-Setups • Dokumentation und Standardisierung von Lösungen Workshops & Kundenarbeit • Unterstützung und perspektivisch eigenständige Durchführung von: • Prompting-Workshops • Copilot-Schulungen • Praxis-Demos für Führungskräfte • Beantwortung technischer Rückfragen • Übersetzung komplexer technischer Themen in verständliche Sprache Operative Entlastung der Geschäftsführung • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kundenterminen • Strukturierung von Use Cases • Mitdenken bei Lösungsarchitekturen • Aufbau von Best Practices und internen Standards Typische Projekte: • Einführung von Microsoft Copilot im Mittelstand • Automatisierung von Vertriebs-, HR- oder Angebotsprozessen • Aufbau interner Wissens-Copilots • Strukturierung von KI-Governance im M365 Umfeld Qualifikation Wichtiger als dein Lebenslauf ist dein Mindset.
