About the role
• Providing IT Support for Bosch Indonesia users following IT Service Management processes • Operation of End Client Devices (IT Fleet Management and Manage Print Services), including of support and troubleshooting for all Bosch Indonesia locations • Conducting End User Enabling service together with Bosch Digitalization Indonesia associates • Supporting Bosch Digitalization Indonesia colleagues in their role as Local IT Infrastructure Partner and Local Services Support roles • Actively contributing in Local and Regional Team Meetings • Currently pursuing a degree in IT-related field • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia • Have customer-oriented attitude • Full-time paid internship • For January-June 2027 period • Open for COLLEGE STUDENTS ONLY (will not graduate during the internship program) • HR Contact Person: Aqila Shekina Putri
