- H-1B has no fixed salary bar: the employer must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role and area. Cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level. US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role
Come for the Flexibility, Stay for the Smiles
If you want to feel truly appreciated, come to BAYADA.
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric care to join our Essex County Team .
There is something special about helping a child thrive at home. As a BAYADA nurse, you'll provide one-on-one care that allows children to remain in a familiar environment while giving families the support and peace of mind they need. You'll have the time to focus on your patient's individual needs, celebrate milestones, and build meaningful relationships with both the child and their family.
Unlike fast-paced clinical settings, pediatric home care allows you to provide personalized, consistent care to the same clients over time. We work with your availability to match you with ongoing cases, creating continuity for both our nurses and the families we serve.
These openings are different enough in focus, keywords, and messaging that Indeed should clearly recognize them as separate opportunities rather than near-duplicate postings.
