US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role

This job has two parts. The first half is physical product.  You'll pack and ship outbound samples, receive returned units, and inspect and sort them against a documented checklist. The second half is the space itself. A hardware company generates a lot of cardboard, a lot of packaging, and a lot of things that end up on the wrong shelf. You'll keep the office and work areas clean, keep storage and inventory organized, and handle the general upkeep that keeps a working space from slowly falling apart. This is not a technical job, and you don't need any background in construction or hardware. What it needs is someone genuinely careful and willing to do unglamorous work well. When a returned tool gets logged as working and it isn't, a customer finds out the hard way.  When the staging area is a mess, shipments go out wrong. The work itself is straightforward and well documented. Doing it right every single time is the job. To apply, send a short note about yourself and any relevant experience to careers@reekon.tools and why you would be a great fit for the role
