US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the Role
We're looking for a Performance Marketing & Marketing Operations Manager to drive paid media performance and manage the marketing systems that support our growth.
Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you'll own campaign execution, budget optimization, and HubSpot operations, helping us reach AI research labs and enterprise AI teams. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning marketing strategies into measurable pipeline, improving processes, and using data to make smarter decisions.
Your Impact
• Own and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, X Ads, and account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
• Manage paid media budgets, including allocation, pacing, and performance against pipeline goals.
• Build targeted and retargeting audiences using account insights and intent data to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor cost per lead (CPL), cost per sales-qualified lead (SQL), and pipeline contribution through ongoing A/B testing and performance reporting.
• Manage HubSpot operations, including workflows, forms, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and marketing automation.
• Improve lead routing, Sales handoffs, and data quality to support a more efficient conversion process.
• Maintain UTM tracking standards and build attribution models and full-funnel dashboards that provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Oversee marketing technology integrations and ensure email marketing compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to improve campaign performance, lead management, and reporting accuracy.
What You Bring
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B performance marketing and marketing operations, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, including campaign management, optimization, and budget ownership.
• Strong HubSpot administration skills, including marketing automation, lead scoring, workflows, and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM), intent data, and audience segmentation.
• Proven ability to analyze marketing performance, build attribution models, and report on funnel and pipeline metrics.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve everyday marketing workflows, efficiency, and campaign execution.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
• A proactive, results-oriented approach with a willingness to test, learn, and continuously improve.
Nice to Have
• Experience in AI, machine learning, data, or related technology industries.
• Familiarity with Salesforce administration or CRM integrations.
• Knowledge of SQL or business intelligence tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau.
• HubSpot, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Marketing certifications.

Within your first 90 days, you'll have taken ownership of our paid media programs, identified opportunities to improve campaign performance, and strengthened our marketing operations.
You'll establish clear performance benchmarks, improve lead routing and scoring, and deliver reporting dashboards that Marketing and Sales can rely on.
