MID-LEVEL EDI B2B OPERATIONS ANALYST

• • Responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and reliable operation of the EDI environment based on Axway TradeSync Integration Manager (TSIM) running on Linux. • Key Responsibilities: • Act as the primary point of contact for B2B customers, suppliers, and Bosch plants, ensuring the stability and continuity of EDI services. • Monitor Axway TSIM and end-to-end EDI transactions, identifying and resolving failed transactions, system incidents, and connectivity issues. • Perform technical support and operational troubleshooting on Linux servers, including log analysis and system monitoring. • Manage Trading Partners, including onboarding, configuration, testing, connectivity, go-live, and production stabilization. • Support EDI communication protocols such as SFTP, AS2, OFTP2, and VAN, as well as SAP IDoc, EDIFACT, ANSI X12, and Flat File integrations. • Create and maintain operational documentation, procedures, troubleshooting guides, and training materials. • Provide training and technical support to suppliers and business partners through different support channels. • Collaborate with global EDI, SAP, infrastructure, and development teams on projects, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Contribute to automation, process optimization, and AI-based solutions to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction. #LI-MM1 • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification. • Advanced English proficiency  (required) . • Hands-on experience providing  EDI support , including testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting system issues. • Experience in  Trading Partner management , including partner setup, configuration, integration, and maintenance. • Experience supporting  EDI systems , including incident resolution, documentation maintenance, and ensuring compliance with established standards, guidelines, and procedures. • Mandatory Skills • Knowledge of Jira. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar solutions. • Knowledge of Axway TradeSync Integration Manager (TSIM) and EDI operations. • Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments, including troubleshooting and shell scripting. • Knowledge of SAP R/3 IDoc structures, formats, and connectivity, including tRFC. • Knowledge of EDI standards, including ANSI X12, EDIFACT, ODETTE, and RND. • Knowledge of communication and integration protocols, including SFTP, AS2, OFTP2, RESTful APIs, and others. • Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and production support in EDI environments. • Advanced English proficiency. • Knowledge of additional languages, such as Spanish, German, or Japanese, is considered a plus. • Behavioral Competencies • Ability to work effectively in a global B2B environment, collaborating with teams and business partners across different countries and cultures. • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a cooperative and supportive mindset. • Strong negotiation skills to effectively engage with suppliers and align EDI-related requirements. • Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to executing tasks and solving problems.
